- Patient records

Patient records that keep clinical context close to action.

MediFlow keeps patient identity, contact data, allergies, vitals, documents, notes, appointments, and history close to the workflow.

A patient record in MediFlow is not just a static directory entry. It is the center of lookup, identity confirmation, clinical context, documents, appointments, notes, and follow-up work.

Record integrity

Structured before the record enters care flow.

Patient context is useful only when it is findable, scoped to the organization, and close to the next action. The record page makes those checks visible.

Directory and profile

The directory supports patient lookup and routes into patient detail. The profile brings identity, demographic details, contact information, address fields, clinical metadata, insurance, emergency contact, notes, and linked workflow panels into one place.

02

Identity and safety

MediFlow patient registration is structured around accurate identity and contact capture. Required identity fields, date validation, phone/email validation, and CNP/national ID checks help reduce errors before a record enters the workflow.

03

Clinical context

  • Allergies and blood type.
  • Insurance provider and insurance ID.
  • Emergency contact name, relationship, and phone.
  • Notes, vitals, history, documents, and schedule context.
  • Data points such as last visit, next appointment, document count, and pending tasks.
04

Record lifecycle

MediFlow supports creating a patient, updating demographics or clinical metadata, and soft-deleting records that should no longer appear in active workflows while preserving organization scoping and auditability.
