- AI assistance

A clinical operations copilot, not a chatbot.

MediFlow AI surfaces operational priorities, summarizes workflow context, and helps clinicians move through the day while staying inside product governance.

MediFlow's AI foundation is an operations workflow copilot: server-side, feature-flagged, role-aware, PHI-minimized, and designed for human review.

Pilot access starts by email; no patient data is needed to begin.

    Ask Copilot...
Workflow guidance only. Review drafts before sharing them with the care team.

    Inspectable controls before AI output.

Every run validates access, screens identifiers, retrieves minimized workflow context, and leaves PHI-safe audit metadata.

    04
    ToolServer data

Approved tools retrieve minimized workflow data server-side.

    05
    ProviderAllowed output

The provider receives only allowed tool output.

    06
    ReviewHuman control

The answer returns with a human-review expectation.

    07
    AuditSafe metadata

Tool calls and metadata can be audited without storing raw clinical free text.

    Operating rules

AI stays inside the clinical workspace.

The page is intentionally narrow: operations assistance, server authority, minimized context, and authorized review.

    01

    Tool-based, not free-floating

MediFlow AI does not freely browse your clinical database. It works through application-owned tools derived from MediFlow use cases, so permissions, validation, organization context, quotas, and server-side boundaries remain in control.

    02

    PHI-minimized by default

The first AI workflow is designed around minimized PHI. Direct identifiers should not be typed into prompts, and patient names, contact details, document bodies, raw prompts, and raw model outputs should not be stored in AI audit metadata.

    03

    Human review remains central

MediFlow AI is workflow assistance. It can help clinicians notice and organize work, but clinical actions remain under authorized human review.
